PURPOSE: A neodymium doped thermoelectric material with an enhanced power factor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to substitute a part of aluminium with neodymium to increasing the concentration of holes, thereby increasing conductivity. CONSTITUTION: Al2O3, CuO, and Nd2O3 are mixed to manufacture a thermoelectric material. The mixture is calcined. The calcined mixture is pressurized. The mixture is sintered. The sintering temperature is between 1300 and 1400K.
