PURPOSE: A panel utilizing Korean traditional paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be produced stably compared with a panel made of wood or plastic material. CONSTITUTION: A panel utilizing Korean traditional paper comprises: an upper plate(105) and a lower plate(101) which are distanced from each other; sidewalls(102,103) which connect the edge portion of the upper and lower plates and arranged between the upper and lower plates; and a barrier(104) which is placed between the upper and lower plates and attached to the upper and lower plates.
