PURPOSE: A multi-stage energy recovery and carbon dioxide control method using waste water and tide is provided to purify organic sewage/waste water, and to effectively recover the energy from organic materials. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage energy recovery and carbon dioxide control method using waste water and tide comprises the following steps: anaerobically fermenting organic sewage/waste water using microorganisms; cultivating micro algae inside the fermented organic sewage/waste water; and collecting hydrogen and methane inside the organic sewage/waste water generated by anaerobically fermenting the sewage/waste water.
