PURPOSE: An iridium complex compound with is able to form a thin film is provided to enable enlargement and to produce a device with improved process efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An iridium complex compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electro luminescence device contains the iridium complex compound in a light emitting layer. The light emitting layer is laminated between first and second electrodes. The organic electro luminescence device further comprises a buffer layer between the first electrode and light emitting layer, and electron transport layer and electron injection layer between the light emitting layer and second electrode.
