PURPOSE: A method of counting the number of vehicle coming in/going out and vehicle at each parking section is provided to supply various services related to a traffic control center by detecting the accurate number of available vehicle in a parking section. CONSTITUTION: A camera takes a picture of the lattice pattern on the ground to get an image(400). The number of lattice pattern which is covered by an object by analyzing the image(410). If the number of the covered lattice pattern is higher than a reference value(420) and the image is the image of the vehicle(430).
