PURPOSE: A switching server for supporting multiplex communication in marine data communication is provided to enable a switching server to select a proper communication unit by recognizing cost information, QoS information, and state information. CONSTITUTION: Situation data includes collected navigation information and input data which is selected from a user. An integration management unit(310) encodes situation data in a storing unit(330). The integration management unit transmits data in a data processing unit. A data processing unit(320) transmits situation data and navigation from the integration management unit.
