BACILLUS SUBTILIS CBS STRAIN AND DIRECT-FED MICROORGANISMS COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus subtilis CBS and probiotics containing the same are provided to ensure thermal stability, acid resistance and enzyme productivity. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis CBS(deposit number KACC91484P) is isolated from straws in a cowhouse. The CBS strain grows at 25C-65C and pH 6.5-pH 7.5. Probiotics contain the strain, culture medium thereof, or culture extract as an active ingredient. The CBS strain has excellent productivity in the culture medium.
