PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a multi-organ bioscaffold is provided to efficiently decellularize various kinds of multi-organs. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a multi-organ bioscaffold comprises: a step of flowing surfactant through a carotid artery; a step of flowing surfactant through barrier; and a step of flowing surfactant through the artery of the mesentery and the main artery and main vein.
