PURPOSE: A smart releasing scaffold of thymosin beta-4-derived Ac-SDKP peptide for tissue regeneration is provided to control release rate and to be used as a pharmaceutical composition for tissue regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic peptide comprises thymosin beta-4-derived Ac-SDKP peptide, a peptide which is cleaved by MMP(matrix metalloprotease) or plasmin and cysteine amino acid from N terminal to C terminal. The synthetic peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A synthetic peptide-fixed hydrogel is acrylated. A pharmaceutical composition for tissue regeneration contains the synthetic peptide as an active ingredient. The tissue regeneration is heart regeneration.
