PURPOSE: A method for preparing calcium-reinforced chito oligosaccharide is provided to ensure high calcium absorption and to obtain the oligosaccharide with excellent antibacterial and absorption ability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing calcium-reinforced chito oligosacchriade comprises: a step of mixing chitosan and calcium powder to obtain a mixture; a step of hydrolyzing the mixture to obtain a calcium-containing soluble chito oligosaccharide; and a step of mixing mineral to the soluble chito oligosaccharide to prepare a calcium/mineral-containing soluble chito oligosaccharide. The calcium-reinforced chito oligosaccharide contains chelate compounds, calcium, and mineral. The calcium powder is obtained from waste shells. The hydrolysis is performed using citric acid, acetic acid, or hydrochloric acid.
