PURPOSE: A method and device for providing a language studying service are provided to enable a user to perform systematic conversation by combining listening studying with speaking studying to perform conversation which is suitable for a current studying level of a user as conversation type. CONSTITUTION: A basic test for speaking and listening using words of a specified numbers is advanced(S210). A individual studying data for performing listening study and speaking study using a plurality of words is generated(S220). An individual conversation data of a conversation type using the word including the individual studying data is generated(S230). By using the individual studying data and the individual studying data, a language studying is progressed(S240).
