CONTINUOUS CLEANING PRECIPITATOR FOR WET ELECTRIC PRECIPITATOR

PURPOSE: A continuous cleaning precipitator for a wet electric precipitator is provided to prevent the adhering of micro particles to a dust collecting electrode by forming water screen on the surface of the dust collecting electrode. CONSTITUTION: A continuous cleaning precipitator for a wet electric precipitator comprises a main body(1) and a dust collecting electrode(3). On the both side of the main body, cleaning water inlet ports(13) are respectively formed. In the cleaning water inlet port, a first continuous cleaning unit(4) is installed. The first continuous cleaning unit transports the cleaning water through the inner wall of the main body continuously. On the surface of the dust collecting electrode, a second continuous cleaning unit(5) is installed. The second continuous cleaning unit transports the cleaning water continuously. The first continuous cleaning unit comprises a fixing plate, a cleaning water pipe, and a flow-inducing membrane. The fixing plate is fixed to the inlet of the cleaning water. The cleaning water pipe and a discharging hole form a washing water guide plate. The flow-inducing membrane forms a water membrane for preventing the splash of the cleaning water by connecting to a cleaning water inducing plate.
