System and method for forecasting the burst of soilborne plant diseases

PURPOSE: A system forecasting soil infection plant disease generation and a method thereof are provided to forecast plant diseases by predicting soil infection plant disease generation through climatological data, a rearing feature data of a plant and soil quality data. CONSTITUTION: A WDCS(Weather Data Collection System)(10) collects weather measurement data. A JPS(Job Processing System)(20) creates soilborne plant diseases prediction information. A DSS(Data Storage System)(30) manages the data of the WDCS, the JPS and a WSS(Web Service System)(40). The WSS the soilborne plant diseases prediction information transmits through the web page to users.
