PURPOSE: A mobile rack having a front side opening and closing panel structure is provided to enable a user to detach a front panel in a replacement or repair work.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile rack having a front side opening and closing panel structure comprises a frame part(1), a movable part, and a driving part(3). The frame part forms the skeleton of the mobile rack. The movable part supports the frame part from the bottom of the frame part and transfers the frame part.
