PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating ocular diseases and an apparatus for diagnosing ocular diseases are provided to prevent thermal or optical chemical damage based on a super high speed laser. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating ocular diseases comprises: a laser light source generating a femtosecond laser beam; a power controller controlling the power of the laser beam generated from the laser light source; a fixing unit fixing the location of an eyeball; an optical system irradiating the laser beam to the eyeball fixed by the fixing unit; and a focus control part controlling the focus of the focused laser beam.
