The present invention relates to an inorganic coagulant for water treatment and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to an inorganic water treatment including poly aluminum iron chlorosulfate (hereinafter referred to as "PAICS"). The inorganic coagulant of the present invention is capable of stable water treatment, has less residual aluminum than conventional aluminum-based coagulants, has an excellent organic removal rate, and improves the basicity of the treated water.
