BUBBLE AND SCUM REMOVAL DEVICE OF WATER TREATMENT PLANTS

PURPOSE: A bubble and scum eliminating apparatus in a water treating plant is provided to simply conveniently eliminate bubbles and scum in a water treating plant by forming a unit for eliminating scum in a lever form. CONSTITUTION: A discharging pipe discharges bubbles and scum in the water bath of a water treating plant. A fixed pipe(10) is in connection with the upper side of the discharging pipe. An outer pipe(20) is in connection with the fixed pipe. A guiding shaft(30) is installed at the center part of the outer pipe. An inner pipe(40) is closely attached to the inner side of the outer pipe and introduces scum and bubbles. A link(50) is in connection with the upper side of a moving body(42) and vertically moves the inner pipe. A lever(60) is in connection with the upper side of the link and vertically moves the link by a rotary shaft(62).
