PURPOSE: A composition containing ginsenoside which is a pharmacologically active ingredient of ginseng is provided to suppress accumulation of fatigue substances in blood. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing exercise ability contains ginseng-derived ginsenoside Rg3 and Rg2 as an active ingredient. The composition further contains one or more kinds of ginsenoside Rb1, Rb2, Rh1, and Rd, as active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of pulverizing black ginseng; a step of swelling and sterilizing the pulverized black ginseng; a step of cooling the black ginseng and adjusting acidity; and a step of treating the black ginseng with an enzyme. The enzyme is pectinase, hemicellulase, or alpha-amylase .
