PURPOSE: An automatic response system with a customer speaking inducing function step by step and a method thereof are provided to induce speaking of a customer step by step. CONSTITUTION: A speaking inducing server(220) transmits free speaking inducing prompts, selective speaking inducing prompts, and re-confirmation speaking inducing prompts to a customer step by step. The server provides a corresponding service by each step by voice recognition. The speaking inducing server receives a call by connecting with communication terminals of at least one customer.
