The biomarkers for diagnosis of reproductive toxicity induced by nonylphenol and the method for diagnosis thereof

PURPOSE: A biomarker for diagnosing reproductive toxicity induced by nonylphenol is provided to use for identifying mechanism of reproductive toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing reproductive toxicity induced by nonylphenol is a gene causing expression change by nonylphenol exposure. A microarray chip for diagnosing reproductive toxicity induced by NP comprises: entire nucleic acid sequence of biomarker gene; oligonucleotide; or complementary strand molecule thereof. A method or detecting the biomarker to confirm reproductive toxicity comprises: a step of isolating RNA from experimental group and control group and synthesizing cDNA: a step of labeling the control group and experimental group with different fluorescence; a step of hybridizing on the microarray chip; a step of analyzing DNA microarrays chip; and a step of comparing the expression level between control group and experimental group.
