PURPOSE: A foundation ground stabilizing construction for constructing a superstructure on the wean soil foundation is provided to reinforce a stable ground and to reduce construction period and cost. CONSTITUTION: A concrete pile is established. The location where an anchor body is mounted is punched. An excavated hole protecting casing tube(1) coated with ceramics is established. A plasma melting aid is injected to an anchor anchorage. A plasma torch is inserted to the entrance of the anchor anchorage. The plasma torch is removed from an anchor injection hole. A tensile member(20) is inserted in order to gradually cool the anchor body. A first concrete bed(200) is established and a plurality of H-beams is established. The tensile member casing pipe is established on top of the H-beam upper and the tension work is enforced. An anchor body head processing task is performed. A second concrete bed(210) is constructed on top of the casing tube.
