PURPOSE: A synchronous motor having a rotor with a magnetic flux guide hole is provided to form a magnetic flux guide hole between a permanent magnet and a conductor bar, thereby concentrating air gap magnetic flux density in the center of the permanent magnet.;CONSTITUTION: The synchronous motor comprises a stator(10) and a rotor. The rotor includes a rotor core(21), a plurality of permanent magnets(22), and a plurality of conductor bars(23). The rotor core is formed by laminating rotor steel plates with an identical shape in the axial direction. The rotor core includes a rotary shaft insertion hole for inserting the rotary shaft. The rotor core includes a plurality of permanent magnet insertion holes(26) formed in the outside of the rotary shaft insertion hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
