PURPOSE: A method for processing abalone using antibiotics composition containing grapefruit seed extract solution and lactic acid solution is provided to store, deliver and sell abalone without freezing. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing abalone using antibiotics composition comprises: a step of mixing 1% of grapefruit seed extract and 10% of lactic acid solution in a volume ratio of 35.73:64.27-56.58:43.42(v/v); a step of diluting the mixture with water in 51.70-100%; a step of dipping abalone in antibiotics composition containing the grapefruit seed extract and lactic acid and dehydrating, and a step of packaging. The abalone is dipped on the antibiotics for 3 to 15 minutes.
