PURPOSE: A weight training device is provided to prevent muscle pain and injury during exercise. CONSTITUTION: A weight training device comprises a frame, a main wheel(140), a generator(170), a handle(180), and an electronic terminal. The frame comprises one or more guide members and a guide rod. The main wheel is fixed to the frame and is equipped with a belt winding unit, a first wire winding unit, and a second wire winding unit. The generator is installed in the frame and applies load in the direction obstructing the rotation of a shaft. A belt is settled in the belt winding unit and a shaft formed in the generator.
