摘要

PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell including a cathode electrode with a nano oxide layer absorbing dye and titanate coupling agent is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by absorbing dye on a nano oxide surface dye as a monomer layer. CONSTITUTION: A nano oxide layer is formed on a transparent substrate with a transparent conductive oxide layer. The nano oxide layer is formed by coating compositions including titanium dioxide. A cathode electrode is formed by absorbing dye and titanate coupling agent on the surface of nano oxide particles. An anode electrode is formed on the upper side of the transparent substrate with the transparent conductive oxide layer. An electrolyte is injected after the anode electrode is bonded with the cathode electrode to face each other.
