PURPOSE: A continuous processing method of a batch type process for producing recycled fuel oil from waste plastic is provided to convert a batch type thermal cracking process into a continuous thermal cracking process by adding some apparatuses to the batch type thermal cracking process and remodeling a conventional apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A continuous processing method of a batch type process for producing recycled fuel oil from waste plastic comprises the steps of: transferring residue sludge stacked in a thermal cracking step to a sludge reactor(9); leaving the powdery residue at the back end of the sludge reactor and transferring the residue to a residue transfer device(10) by thermally cracking the transferred sludge in the sludge reactor at a temperature of 410 - 460C; and transferring the residue to a cooling device(12) through the residue transfer device and storing the cooled residue in a storage device(13).
