PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional jujube using jujubes and microorganism-treated medicinal herbs is provided to improve productivity of the functional jujube by making the jujube into natural food after originally drying the jujube. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional jujube using jujubes and microorganism-treated medicinal herbs comprises the following steps: processing medicinal herbs with microorganism; extracting the medicinal herbs through a bio-process; drying the jujube after washing the jujube; absorbing the medicinal herbs extract to the jujube; and coating the surface of the jujube with honey after drying the aged jujube into a moisture content of 25 ~ 35%. A Gongjindang medicinal herbal material comprises Cervi Parvum Cornu 160g, Angelicae Radix 160g, Corni Fructus 160g, and Moschus 20g.
