PART ALIGNER FOR SEVERAL CAR MODELS, CAPABLE OF ACCURATELY ALIGNING A PART IN A PALETTE WHERE A PLURALITY OF PARTS IN RESPECTIVELY DIFFERENT ALIGNING STATE

摘要

PURPOSE: A part aligner for several car models is provided to align parts of several car models by one facility because a new aligning facility which automatically aligns the parts regardless of the car models is embodied.;CONSTITUTION: A part aligner for several car models comprises a device body(10), a part guide roller(11), a pusher device(12), a part lateral guide(13), and a part face guide(14). The device body has a structure in which the upper part where the part is arranged is inclined toward one direction. A part guide roller is installed in the upper part of the device body, thereby guiding a free fall of the part. The pusher device is installed in a side of the device body, thereby pushing an side end of the part. The part lateral guide is installed in the other side of the device body, thereby preventing the part pushed by the pusher device. The part face guide is installed in the lower part of the device body's upper part a multi-layer type roller which is possible to freely rotate.
