SUSPENSION BRIDGE HAVING MAIN CABLE OF PLURAL UNIT STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A suspension bridge having various units of main cables is provided to apply uniform tensile force to the cable of each unit when the main cable is installed since the main cables are arranged on the top of a main tower in a row. CONSTITUTION: A suspension bridge having various units of main cables comprises main towers, a girder(120), anchorages, main cables(130), a hanger fastening unit(160) and a hanger(140). The girder is supported by the main tower. The girder is formed as the floor of the road for a vehicle. The anchorages are arranged in both ends of the girder. The main cable is formed in a unit diameter. The main cable fixes both ends to the anchorage. The middle parts of the main cables are arranged over the whole width of the top of the main tower at regular intervals. The hanger fastening unit is arranged on the areas between the main towers and between the main tower and the anchorage.
