PURPOSE: A nonpoint source pollutant purifying and filtering apparatus is provided to improve the purifying efficiency of contaminated water by decomposing pollutants using microorganisms inhabiting in a filter medium. CONSTITUTION: A nonpoint source pollutant purifying and filtering apparatus(10) comprises the following: a first container(20) including a first storage space(21) for storing contaminated water; a contaminated water supplying unit(30) supplying the contaminated water to the first storage space; a second container(40) including a second storage space(41) for the contaminated water, and through-holes(42) on the outer circumference; filter media(50) with microorganisms for filtering the contaminated water inside the second storage space; an air injection unit(60) for injecting air into the second storage space; and a purified water discharging unit(70).
