COMPOSITION COMPOUND FOR REPAIRING ASPHALT CONCRETE WITH HIGH STRENGTH, ELONGATION AND DURABILITY, AND REPAIRING METHOD OF ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT USING THE COMPOSITION COMPOUND

PURPOSE: A composition compound with high strength, elongation and durability for repairing asphalt concrete and an asphalt concrete pavement repair method using the composition compound are provided to reduce a construction period for repair of asphalt concrete pavement and to improve the waterproof property and surface strength of asphalt concrete pavement by employing a resin-based binder. CONSTITUTION: A composition compound for repairing asphalt concrete comprises a resin-based binder 3-90 weight%, a filler 1-40 weight%, and aggregate 5-80 weight%. The resin-based binder is used for improvement of pot life, workability, intensity, elongation and durability. The filler is used to reduce hardening heat and improve durability. The resin-based binder comprises n-butyl methacrylate resin 5-40 weight%, methyl methacrylate resin 1-30 weight%, poly trimethyleneterephthalate resin 1-20 weight%, n-butyl acrylate monomer 1-30 weight%, urethane acryl oligomer 0.1-15 weight%, and allyl methyl acrylate resin 0.1-15 weight%.
