PURPOSE: A producing method of an enzymatic treated astragali radix extract using GAP astragali radix cultivated in Jecheon is provided to improve the suppression function for the lipid peroxidation of the astragali radix. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an enzymatic treated astragali radix extract comprises the following steps: inserting ground astragali radix into purified water; adding enzymes selected from either fungamyl or clariseb into the mixture; enzymatic treating the mixture at 45~55deg C for 30~120minutes to obtain enzyme decomposition liquid; extracting the enzyme decomposition liquid at 90~110deg c for 1~10hours to obtain an astragali radix enzyme extract; cooling the astragali radix enzyme extract at room temperature, and filtering; and centrifugal separating the astragali radix enzyme extract to obtain supernate.
