PURPOSE: A road safety guide having bollard and divisional strip functions is provided to reduce maintenance costs by easily restoring the road safety guide pressed under a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A road safety guide having bollard and divisional strip functions comprises a supporter(10), a coupling member(20), a spring(30), a spring fixture(40), a wire(50), and a cover(60). The supporter has a fixed shaft(11) and a plate body(12). The fixed shaft is fixed to mortar placed on the ground. The plate body is installed on the top of the fixed shaft. The coupling member is formed on the top of the supporter and has a through hole(21) in which a wire passes through. The spring is formed on the top of the coupling member. The spring fixture is fixed to the top of the spring. One end of the wire is connected to the spring fixture, and the other end is connected to the top of the supporter. The cover is coupled to the outer bottom of the coupling member and is upward extended.
