PURPOSE: An epidemic prevention device is provided to enable a user to easily vary the discharge direction an antiseptic solution. CONSTITUTION: An epidemic prevention device comprises: a tank(2) which is installed in a vehicle and contains antiseptic solution and water; an epidemic prevention module case(10) installed at the vehicle; a lower frame(20) installed in the epidemic prevention module case; an upper frame(30) which is arranged in the upper part of the lower frame to rotate to the left and right; an outer tube(40) which is connected to the upper frame to rotate up and down; a blower installed in the outer tube; a centrifugal nebulizer(60); a vertical rotation device(70); and a left and right rotation device.
