A mobile communication terminal having a function of processing a dynamic displaying message, and a method for processing the dynamic displaying message are provided to induce an interest from a user by dynamically displaying a received message. A mobile communication terminal having a function of processing a dynamic displaying message comprises an RF module(1), a user inputting unit(9), a message file generator(14), a controller(5) and a display unit(7). The RF module(1) transmits or receives wireless signals. The user inputting unit(9) enables a user to input a message. The message file generator(14) collects data on procedures for constructing the message when the user constructs the message via the user inputting unit(9), and converts the collected data into a transmittable message construction file. The controller(5) transmits the message file construction file via the RF module(1) if the user selects transmission of the message. The message file generator(14) sequentially stores message inputting signals, inputted via the user inputting unit(9), according to an inputting order and collects the data on the procedures for constructing the message. The display unit(7) displays the procedures for constructing the message. The message file generator(14) cyclically captures screens of the procedures for constructing the message displayed on the display unit(7) in collecting the data on the procedures for constructing the message.
