PURPOSE: A control terminal, system, and method of a dangerous object transport vehicle are provided to rapidly detect a state of illegally parked dangerous object transport vehicles by marking the illegally parked dangerous object transport vehicles on an electronic map. CONSTITUTION: A first database stores registration information of dangerous object transport vehicles. A second database stores a list of information which includes positions of illegally parked dangerous object transport vehicles. A control module receives information which includes a position of a specific dangerous object transport vehicle from a control terminal(20). The control module determines an illegally parked state of the specific dangerous object transport vehicle by comparing predetermined parking area information stored in the first database and the information which includes the position of the specific dangerous object transport vehicle. The control module transmits a determination result to the control terminal. The control module transmits a list of the illegally parked dangerous object transport vehicles stored in the second database to the control terminal. The control terminal visually monitors a state of the illegally parked dangerous object transport vehicles of a specific area using an electronic map.
