PURPOSE: A cooling-and-heating system using terrestrial heat, underground air, solar energy, and underground water is provided to increase an available limit of a cooling-and-heating system by lowering an exhaustion rate of terrestrial heat and to enhance the thermal efficiency by absorbing lots of heat. CONSTITUTION: A cooling-and-heating system(1) using terrestrial heat and underground air comprises an air conditioner for terrestrial heat(3), a heat medium tank(5), a heat pump(7), and output unit(9). The air conditioner for the terrestrial heat decreases or increases a temperature of a medium in an underground pipe through a plurality of underground structures buried into a porous underground. The heat medium tank stores heat medium decreased or increased in the air conditioner for the terrestrial heat according to an underground temperature. The heat pump gets cold air or heat from the heat medium stored in the heat medium tank. The output unit heats or cools a conditioned object by using heat or cold air supplied from the heat pump through one or more underground pipes inserted into an underground hole.
