Method for predicting citation counts of patents

PURPOSE: A method for estimating the number of times being cited is provided to estimate the number of times being cited through a multiple regression analysis technique by searching for the predictive variables of the patent and to analyze multiple regression analysis technique. CONSTITUTION: The whole or part of patent data of a theme field is inputted. More than two variable values are calculated of inputted data. The calculated variable values are applied to a multiple regression analysis program. The prediction data is generated by analyzing more than two variable values through the multiple regression analysis program. A predictive model presuming the number of times being cited is generated based on the prediction data.
