PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride is provided to reduce polymer coagulum and the content adhered to a wall by performing micro suspension using cationic surfactants and anionic surfactants. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride comprises a step for injecting (a) 100.0 parts by weight of chlorinated vinyl monomers, (b) 0.01~1.0 parts by weight of polymerization initiators and (c) 0.15~2.5 parts by weight of a mixture consisting of cationic surfactants and anionic surfactants in a polymerization reactor to perform micro suspension polymerization.
