PURPOSE: A spiral slot antenna is provided to improve a wideband characteristic and a circular polarization characteristic by forming a feed structure at a center portion of a spiral slot.;CONSTITUTION: A conductive layer(10) is coated on a dielectric substrate(1). A spiral slot(20) is formed by removing the conductive layer from a center portion of the dielectric substrate into a spiral shape. A power supply line(30) is formed into infinite balun on a surface of the conductive layer and supplies energy to the center of the spiral slot. The power supply line is connected to the center portion of the spiral slot into a shape corresponding to the spiral slot The power supply line is combined with the surface of the conductive layer by soldering.
