Foreign language learning device through voice recognition and video interaction and its learning method

PURPOSE: A device and a method for learning foreign language are provided to clarify and embody meaning through animation. CONSTITUTION: A data storage module(120) stores foreign language learning data including animation data, sentence data, and voice waveform data. A central controller(140) receives foreign language learning data to be outputted according to the sentence learning progress of a user from the data storage module, and transmits the foreign language learning data, and sentence data, and voice waveform data to an output unit(300).
