A method for predicting natural ventilation performance of an individual household in an apartment complex is provided to predict natural ventilation performance of an individual household rationally by combining two-dimensional modeling and three-dimensional modeling and by using a numerical model, thereby easily changing design of a ventilation window of a household having natural ventilation performance under the legal standard. A whole apartment complex is modeled in two dimensions(S10). A boundary condition of the apartment complex is granted by considering an area average wind velocity and wind direction, and two-dimensional computational fluid dynamics analysis is performed(S20). Entrance and exit pressure values by households are extracted through the two-dimensional computational fluid dynamics analysis to select the minimum pressure condition(S30). Three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics analysis is performed for each household by using the obtained minimum pressure condition(S40). Ventilation performance of each household is predicted by using a flow field obtained by the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(S50). If the ventilation performance does not meet predetermined legal standard, design of a ventilation window of the household is changed(S60,S70).
