Healthfood using silkworm powder and method preparing thereof

摘要

PURPOSE: A health supplement food using mulberry leaf powder, mulberry juice, potato starch, and silkworm powder, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the texture of the food by forming the food into a granule form. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a health supplement food using mulberry leaf powder, mulberry juice, potato starch, and silkworm powder comprises the following steps: mixing 6~8wt% of mulberry leaf powder, 1.8~2.2wt% of mulberry juice, 0.8~1.2wt% of potato starch, and 88~92wt% of silkworm powder to form a mixture; kneading the mixture and molding into a granule form; drying the molded product; and packing the dried product.
