PURPOSE: An algae growth inhibiting method using ammonium organo-nanoclay and a manufacturing method of an ammonium organo-nanoclay are provided to minimize ecosystem influence and prevent residual toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ammonium organic nanoclay comprises a step of mixing Amino-silane with metal positive ion precursor. The amino-silane is one selected from (3-(2-aminoethylamino)propyl)trimethoxysilane and 3-2-(2-aminoethylamino)ethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane. The mixing is processed at 5-30 deg. The algal growth inhibiting method uses ammonium organic nanoclay. A concentration of the ammonium organic nanoclay is 0.10-100mg/L. The amino-silane is represented by chemical formula 1.
