EXPLOSION-PROOF SPEAKER WITH A INTEGRATED HORN

PURPOSE: AN explosion-proof speaker integrated with a horn is provided to greatly improving structural stability and durability by forming a dome shaped inner horn combined with a front of a housing and a flared shaped outer horn combined with an outside of the inner horn. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(3) and a connector portion(4) are installed inside a housing(2). A dome shaped inner horn(6) and a flared shaped outer horn(7) having a unit connection hole(5) are integrally formed in a horn connection body(8). The horn connection body is formed in a front central portion of the housing. A flame arrester(9) is inserted inside the unit connection hole. A protrusion(5a) prevents the flame arrester from being separated from the inner circumference of a front end of the unit connection hole in the inner horn comprising the horn connection body. A speaker unit(12) is installed inside the inner horn. A horn cover(13) surrounds the outside of the inner horn to be separated from the outside of the inner horn.
