PURPOSE: A steel beam having a closed-section for using a long-span and reducing a height and a composite beam system filled with concrete using the same are provided to reduce construction time and costs because the quantity of members is reduced.;CONSTITUTION: A steel beam having a closed-section for applying a long-span and reducing a height comprises a lower member(11) having a half-section, an upper member(12) having a half-section, and connection members(13). The lower member is composed of a lower plate(111), two side plates(112), and support plates(113). The side plates are upward extended from both ends of the lower plate. The support plates are horizontally extended from the side plates. The upper member is composed of an upper plate(121) and two inclined plates(122). The inclined plates are downward extended from both sides of the upper plate. The upper member is coupled to the top of the lower member.
