摘要

PURPOSE: A heat module and a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater using the same are provided to improve a quality of the PTC heater by maintaining pressures acted on an inner side of a radiant heat unit and the heat module for a long time.;CONSTITUTION: A heat module comprises PTC elements, an insulating structure(12), a ceramic insulator, an anode terminal plate(13), and a cover plate(13). The insulating structure comprises a plurality of mounting holes. The PTX elements are inserted into the insulating structure from one side of the mounting holes. The ceramic insulator is inserted correspondently to the PTC elements from the other side of the mounting holes. The ceramic insulator secludes a contact of the cover plate with the anode terminal plate. The anode terminal plate is connected to the insulating structure in a longitudinal direction. The anode terminal plate is contacted with a single-side of the ceramic insulator and the PTC elements. The anode terminal plate transfers power source(+) to the PTC elements. The cover plate surrounds the PTC elements, the ceramic insulator, and the insulating structure. The cover plate transfers power source (-) with being contacted with the other side of the PTC elements.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
