PURPOSE: An internet banking transaction system and method thereof using a mobile security card are provided to originally block hacking by changing a security password number and a generated security card. CONSTITUTION: A financial company web server(100) generates user terminal authentication request information. The financial company web server inputs a security card password from a user terminal(300). The user terminal extracts the security card and the security card password number. A financial company security card generation server(400) receives a user password corresponding to the user password number request information.
