PURPOSE: An elastic member clamping type bicycle parking tower and a bicycle parking method using the same are provided to minimize maintenance expenses by minimizing the power required for drive. CONSTITUTION: An elastic member clamping type bicycle parking tower includes an entrance and an exit enabling to enter and exit a bicycle(10) to one of many loading sections, and a loading module(100) loaded with the entered bicycle and enabling to move between an approach position and an entering position. The loading module includes a sensor detecting the approach of a bicycle, a pair of clamp portions(130) operated to compress the front wheel of a bicycle from the left and right sides, a push plate connected to a left clamp portion and a right clamp portion respectively and making a leveling movement to compress the front wheel of a bicycle, and an elastic member connected to the left clamp portion and the right clamp portion respectively.
