PURPOSE: A packet based game NPC(Non Player Character) server, AI(Artificial Intelligence) NPC providing method, and game system using the same are provided to reduce plural NPC server development costs by providing NPC to plural game servers through one NPC server.;CONSTITUTION: A network communication processing unit(110) receives game packet data from plural game servers. The network communication processing unit transmits data and the action of NPC to each game server. A packet metadata processing unit(120) analyzes parameter information and a protocol header of a metadata type. A data metadata processing unit(130) changes the parameter information as the structure information of the metadata type.
